The HP Limited Retirement Benefits Plan

Welcome to the Hewlett Packard Retirement Benefits Plan Member Nominated Trustee Director (MNTD) Portal

As you may know, the law requires at least one-third of the trustee directors of a pension scheme to be Member-Nominated Trustee Directors (MNTDs) and the HP Plan complies with this requirement. The term of office of all three MNTDs expires in November 2022 and it is necessary to run a new selection process. The Trustee would like to seek nominations from the membership of the Plan. This site provides full details of the process if you would like to nominate yourself to be considered for MNTD selection.

How to apply

To apply for the role of MNTD you will first need to nominate yourself. This online process is simple - to get started click the MNTD Selection button below.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Basic information about you, including contact details;
  • A short (no more than 750 words) biography - this is broadly equivalent to 2 pages of A4;
  • A short Selection Statement detailing what you think you could bring to the role of MNTD (maximum 250 words); and
  • The details of at least one member of the Plan who will support your nomination - the member will need to confirm their agreement to the nomination.

The deadline for receipt of applications has now passed.
